Sound Tunning

Woke up tismorning realizing I had my system volume very during the jam.  Soo I've got back in knocked down all of the music and sound down to 50% of the initial volume, which is still pretty bumpin'.  This should be better off the start, and give folks more time to gauge the volume of the game.
